Factors that Could Affect Residency

Accordingly, ND seems to win the prize for “most desirable,” though if cultural centers of interest and geography were able to be considered this would shift drastically.  Another problem with that award is that I happen to like the elderly, minorities and foreign owned businesses (though these are probably the most contentious factors).

    It’s probably better to go down to the city level for these statistics, especially in bigger states / states with large cities.

    Also, there are tons of other factors to consider, obviously – the economic situation / job opportunity (specific to career choice and/or generally), the education system (for anyone planning to have kids), etc.
    Oh, and weather/temperature – ND would probably be too cold for me, for example XD
